Having built a fortune of more than $60 Billion with his financial news <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"business (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">business<\/a>, Bloomberg is financing his own campaign and has already spent more than $400 Million of his own money. To give you some perspective, the chart below, from the <em>Guardian<\/em> newspaper, shows you how many advertising impressions each of the candidates have purchased on Facebook in the first six weeks of 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"671\" height=\"498\" src=\"http:\/\/ebersolemedia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/FBAds.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2807\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ebersolemedia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/FBAds.png 671w, https:\/\/ebersolemedia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/FBAds-300x223.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 671px) 100vw, 671px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drawing fire from all sides, Bloomberg is accused of trying to buy the election and that fear was amplified last week when <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"news organizations (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salon.com\/2020\/02\/14\/mike-bloomberg-is-paying-social-media-influencers-to-post-fake-messages-to-make-him-look-cool\/\" target=\"_blank\">news organizations<\/a> reported that his campaign is paying Instagram influencers $150 a pop to post memes that will make him look &#8220;cool.&#8221;  Using influencer marketing on social media is nothing new, and is certainly a powerful way to reach younger demographics, but is has never been used at this level for presidential political campaigns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The huge media buy leading up to Super Tuesday gives every impression that money is no object for this billionaire businessman.
